CONSULTATION

At TREEHAUS we pride ourselves on delivering a high quality product to you from start to finish. This begins during our first call when we discuss where you are in the process. Normally, during a 20 minute phone call we can determine if you are ready for an on-site consultation. During our visit to your project we love hearing your goals for your project and seeing any photos that have inspired you. We will discuss timeframes and budget expectations while taking some rough measurements and discussing solutions for your project. Our site visits typically take 30-60 minutes and we will follow up with a preconstruction services agreement within three days.

PRECONSTRUCTION

Once the preconstruction services agreement is approved, we shift directly to the design and preconstruction phase. If you are already partnering with an architect, we will advise in the design process with regard to build-ability, cost and any feedback that we have for the design. If an architect has not been selected, or isn’t needed, we will connect you to our design team and bring in outside design professionals as needed. During preconstruction we are working with you to identify materials, clarify the scope of work and put together an accurate cost and timeline estimate. When those goals have been accomplished, we will sign a construction agreement and are now ready to begin construction!

CONSTRUCTION

With the design finalized we can sign the construction agreement together and begin the construction of your project! We commit to completing your project with the highest level of honesty, integrity and quality leading to a final product that you will enjoy for years to come. Throughout the build process, we hold weekly meetings to ensure there is clear communication and that any changes, issues or concerns are solved quickly.
