PHONE CALL

  • 20 minute phone call

  • Our goal is to hear your goals and dreams for your project and to discuss timeframes, design preferences and answer any questions you have about Treehaus Build

SITE CONSULTATION

  • Typically 60 minutes

  • Our goal is to understand your project goals and your design inspirations while discussing project considerations

  • We will follow up with a summary report of project goals, scope and considerations including an “airplane level” cost range estimate based on similar projects we have completed so you can gauge cost feasibility

PRE CONSTRUCTION

  • This planning phase can range from 1-2 weeks for a one-room remodel to 1-2 months for new construction.

  • We work with you to refine scope and select finishes for your project while assembling an accurate cost and timeline estimate tailored to your exact project specifications.

  • At the end of Preconstruction, we will have a clear scope of work, a finalized list of project finishes, a detailed construction budget and a defined project timeline.

CONSTRUCTION

  • New construction projects can take 10-14 months with home remodels ranging from 1-6 months depending on the scope.

  • Majority of the phases of your project are performed by our in-house team to ensure quality and continuity at every step

  • The selections we make with building materials and the techniques we employ align Treehaus Build to a higher standard of residential construction and building science which yields a healthy and truly exceptional project for you

  • We take on one project at a time which means your project has our full attention from start to finish
